I have had this for 24 hours, crashed it into the roof, a tree, my dog, my girlfriend and numerous pieces of furnishings! This point is Durable! Thick plastic pivot blades, a thick plastic nose shell and a Aluminum skeleton.
It takes about 30min to charge from a totally dead battery with a proprietary charger and flies for about 10 minutes outdoors and 15 minutes indoors. It can fly it 1 - two mph wind outdoors but due to the fact it doesn't pitch a lot (possibly five degrees in both directions) you are definitely just chasing it as it goes in the direction of the wind.
The Gyro is not a joke it genuinely seriously works, yawing the unit by hand you can feel the person blades slow to compensate and stabilize. Outdoors it genuinely shows how well it helps maintain the unit level. The manage has a trim knob to maintain the unit from spinning even though hovering.
The controller itself feels really affordable and the decals placed on it are off center to a point where it was inhibiting the trim knob and necessary me to remove it.
So the only two genuine complaints about this RC is the lack of Forward and Reverse maneuverability, and the good quality of the controller. Otherwise properly worth $40, perhaps my dog and Girlfriend will cease hiding soon :)

When i bouught this item for the 1st time, it did not work, but the Deron from BASAL enterprises was superb. I sent an e-mail explaining the situation, he referred to as me instantly and send me the return voucher to send the item back. The fantastic customer service is that he did not wait for the damaged item to get back to him. He did ship a replacement for me on the identical day i was sending the damaged 1 back to him. replacement came in withing 3 days ideal in time for my 8 year old's birthday. My son loves this 1, they have been flying in indoors and outdoors. it functions outstanding, in all probability it could possibly have went up to 100 feet in air. Ordered one far more from Deron
