This was my to begin with mini r/c heli, picked it up from a dept shop for ~$25. I was impressed initially, the flight time was beneficial (~10min), and I banged it into a lot of walls/ceilings/furniture without substantially issue. The trim function seems to be virtually meaningless. My heli could by no means actually hover in place, and general control is not sub-par.
I've had most likely 25+ flights ahead of I required to take it apart to "fix" it. One particular of the motor gears (I think the bottom rotor motor), would get out of alignment with the rotor cog. So the best rotor would spin and the bottom wouldn't. This easily started happening practically every flight. I punched a hole in the chassis so I could rapidly push the gears back together.
Speedy forward an additional 10-15 flights and the heli is now in-oper NOT the miss aligned gears.in a position. Similar issue, bottom rotor not spinning, but the concern is now almost certainly a faulty wiring considering that the motor does not spin up at all.
Pros: decent flight time, reasonably durable.
Cons: Manage is sub par, trim was not extremely helpful.
For the value I paid I would recommend the Syma s107, control is superior: [...]

Got this for my husband, he's a blk hawk pilot, got the toy for the fun of it. He loves this remote helicopter, like a kid in a candy store. Fun, Fun, Fun, it really is actually quite durable. Not painless for a smaller child to use, takes a bit of skill or getting use to.
